Returns and refunds

Faulty, damaged or wrong item? Email shop@littleshop.toys within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, including delivery, and arrange collection at our cost.

Changed your mind? You can return an item within 7 days of delivery if it is unopened, in its original sealed packaging, and in resaleable condition. Email us first and we'll send instructions; parcels sent without a return request can't be accepted. Return delivery is at your cost, and we refund the item price (not the original delivery fee) to your original payment method within 10 working days of receiving it.

Can't be returned: baby products, teethers, books and plush toys (for hygiene reasons), clearance items, and gift cards.

Exchanges: return the item for a refund and place a new order. It's the fastest way to get what you want.
