Shipping policy

Singapore
Free delivery on orders of S$50 and above. Below that, delivery is S$4.50.
Orders paid before 12pm on a working day leave our warehouse the same day. Orders paid after 12pm, or on weekends and public holidays, leave the next working day.
Delivery takes 2 to 3 working days by local courier. You'll get a tracking link by email when your order ships.
A surcharge may apply for deliveries to Jurong Island and Sentosa. We can't deliver to PO boxes.

Malaysia
Free delivery on orders of RM350 and above. Below that, the rate depends on parcel weight and is shown at checkout. Delivery takes 3 to 7 working days and every parcel is tracked.

Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan and China
Rates depend on parcel weight and are shown at checkout. Delivery takes 3 to 12 working days and every parcel is tracked.

Southeast and South Asia (Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand, Cambodia, Laos, Bangladesh and Pakistan)
Rates depend on parcel weight and are shown at checkout. Delivery takes 3 to 12 working days (5 to 12 for Pakistan) and every parcel is tracked.

Import duties and taxes
International orders are shipped DAP (Delivered at Place). Any import duties or taxes are charged by your country and paid by you on delivery.
