นโยบายการจัดส่ง

• Shipping Options for Singapore: Shipping locally in Singapore will be done by local couriers (e.g. Ninjavan, SPX, Speedpost). Delivery typically takes 2 - 3 working days and subject to courier pick up. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not counted as Working Days. Orders placed after 12 noon on Friday to Sunday and on a public holiday will be picked up by the courier on the next working day.
  

• Order Cut-off time for same day dispatch is 12pm SGT. Orders received after 12pm SGT will be processed by the next working day.

• Malaysia and International Shipping: International Orders will be shipped by courier service. Delivery period will range from 3-12 working days. Custom clearance process may impact the delivery time to certain countries.

• Handling Time: Orders will be shipped the same day on working days if the order is completed and paid before 12pm SGT. Otherwise orders will be shipped the next working day upon receive of payment.

• Restrictions:  Surcharge may apply for Singapore Jurong Island and Sentosa. P.O. boxes will not be accepted as a delivery address both in Singapore and for international shipments.

• Import Taxes and Custom Duties for International Orders: International orders are shipped with DAP (Deliver At Place) terms. Under such trade terms, the importer (customer) is solely responsible for effecting customs clearance, and paying any customs duties. LittleShop will not be responsible and liable for any of these import taxes or duties at the destination.
